Guided History Walk

Explore the hidden secrets of Bluestone
Take a step back in time and discover Bluestone’s rich history with resident historian, Simon Hancock. Bluestone’s piece of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park is steeped in history and within the boundaries of the resort, you can discover the secrets behind the ruined 12th century Newton North Church and venture deep into the woodland where you’ll learn about the ruined medieval manor, Castell Coch.
As you explore the resort, your guide will regale you with tales of local folklore and fascinating true stories about the area’s exciting past. Our History Walk it's a great introduction to our fascinating local history, and is free to all guests.

Location/ time
The History Walk starts at the village Booking Office every Saturday and Tuesday at 10:30am
Clothing and footwear
Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the terrain and weather. The walk covers areas of the resort and woodland.
Access
The walk takes place across the resort including woodland areas, therefore unsuitable for pushchairs.
Booking Information
Booking is required for children 2 years and above. Children under 2 are not required to book but can attend this session with booked on adults
